My neighbour made this for me and left it on my doorstep last weekend. It was fabulous! He's made it clear though that he has no intention of ever giving up his meat-eating ways no matter how clever or cunning my vegan agenda, LOL, so unfortunately I don't get to sample much of his food anymore. And it's a shame as he's a great cook. Oh well, can't win them all!
